Marina/ Boat Yard Parts and Inventory Manager
Two Georges Marina is looking to hire a Parts & Inventory Manager. This position will be responsible for placing orders, receiving and allocating all items coming into the marina in support of general operations, new boat outfitting, service work, stock items etc. You will track orders, maintain inventory, and ensure that all parts & inventory procedures are followed.

This position will rely heavily on great attention to detail, efficient work ethic and a business mindset. Parts and inventory will be both general and specific to boat outfitting, boatyard operations and sales. Experience in the marine industry will be crucial for success.

Responsibilities:

Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures

Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers and internally requested items

Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory

Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus

Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships

Maintain an organized inventory room

Answering phones and questions related to parts, inventory available and special orders

Working closely with service manager to aid in yard management, collections and scheduling

Work directly with sales team to outfit new/used boats sold
