PACIFIC OAK RESIDENTIAL is looking for a reliable Handyman/GC to bring houses back to rentable conditions (TURN WORK).
COMPENSATION: Depends on the job. Each job is paid individually as it is completed.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: 1099
• You must have a W-9, and Liability Insurance.
• You must be able to receive work orders through email and have general computer skills.
• You must be able to turn in invoices and pictures of work completed to get paid.
• You must have good communication, people, follow-through skills, and be reliable.
• You must have reliable transportation and your own tools.
