Maintenance Technician II – $500 hiring bonus!

40 hours Full-time position starting at $21.46 – $23.88/hr (D.O.E) with COMPETITIVE BENEFITS
This position will cover 3 properties, La Casa de San Jose and La Casa de Padre Miguel in Mt Vernon, and La Casa de Santa Rosa in Sedro Woolley. This position; performs routine general building maintenance, grounds maintenance, janitorial duties and unit turnovers; arranges and monitors outside contractor work at the property; assists with maintaining property security, immediately reporting problems to the property manager; seeks to provide tenants with a safe, positive and sanitary living environment; and performs these tasks with minimum supervision, while applying solid work experience in this area.
