Maintenance/ Relief Manager – Part Time (L016/L025)

Cedartree Management Company is locally owned and has been in business since July 1992. We specialize in the full-service management of self-storage facilities. Part Time Maintenance/ Relief Manager wanted 9:30am – 5:30 pm Thursday and Friday, 10am – 2pm on Saturday, 4 hours Monday-Wednesday TBD. Hours split between two self storage facilities within 2 miles of each other.

Total 24 hours per week.

Must have strong computer, sales, and general janitorial maintenance skills. Property management experience a plus. Must also be 18 or older, able to lift 50 lbs and have a valid driver’s license.

Must have strong maintenance, office, sales & janitorial skills.

$17.50 an hour to start with some benefits – one paid week of vacation after one year of employment, vision, dental options, three paid major holidays and a discount on a storage unit.
Must have good employment references and pass a complete background check.
