Looking to Barter a North Fork Weekends for 5 Yards of Gravel

We would like to do a barter exchange. You would purchase, have delivered, and arrange 5 yards of 3/4 inch Blue Stone to our vacation beach house. (We have a wheelbarrow for you to use). (You can use your stone guy or if needed, I will provide you with some names and phone numbers of gravel shops in the area).

In exchange, you and your guest would stay 3 days/2 nights at our beach house. You would have your separate entrance, large living room, private bedroom with a queen size bed, private full size bathroom, Wi-Fi and cable TV. (The guest quarters are good for 2 guests only). We have a private beach and inground pool. We are near many wonderful farms, wineries, breweries, shops and restaurants. The hotels in our area are very expensive and cost over $500 per night. Our place is more spacious, clean, is at a better location. Our grounds are private and welcoming. For the exchange we are offering you 2 different vacation stays. vacation stay. (We appreciate that you are purchasing the stones and will be happy to give you a late checkout, for the barter). This is a very fair and reasonable barter.
