Let’s apply together to this house in PB

Hello, kindly read this entire post!
A few blocks from the water in Pacific Beach, I am looking for roommates to apply with me for a four bedroom, two bathroom house. I would be taking the master bedroom, and can cover most of the initial deposit. I need one other person to apply with me so we can meet the income requirements. Once we are approved, we can quickly find two other roommates (should take not more than a week for this price!). We need to move fast on this one!

Pros of the place:
– Affordable for PB: $4950 a month for a 4 bedroom, so around $1250 a person
– Location: 620. Monthly income > 2.5 x $1250 (in order for us to meet income requirements)
– LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE MOVE-IN AFTER APPLYING (MARCH 1ST AT THE LATEST)
– Male or female, 20’s and 30’s
– Okay with sharing a bathroom
– Quiet and clean during weekdays
– Gets along with roommates and is a good diplomat
– Non-tobacco smoker
