Lenovo yoga Chromebook touchscreen

Lenovo touchscreen Chromebook. I bought this laptop a few years back and it’s in okay condition. It works it just has 2 issues that I know of and I’m not exactly tech savvy to fix them. The camera won’t work and I’m not sure why and once in a while, it won’t connect to internet but if you restart your router it’ll work. Again, I’m not sure why this is happening and I don’t care to fix it. I recommend inquiring only if you are tech savvy. This is a Chromebook and has a touchscreen and you can access the play store with all the apps and games like a android phone. The screen can be moved all the way back into tablet mode.
