LEARN the WIM HOF BREATH
I am offering to teach you the Wim Hof breathing technique which has the power to dramatically change your mood and mental well being. This method will cause your vascular system to contract and dilate, actually that is part of the power of the method, so I recommend consulting with your doctor first if you have issues with your blood pressure. For your first set of 3 rounds, I suggest you start with 10 breaths instead of the 30 mentioned below. Take it a bit easy in the beginning, the breath is very powerful. When you feel comfortable with the practice, we can meet and I will show you what a proper breath looks like, different ways to maximize, different breath techniques and some background on what these different techniques can be used for. Practice daily, the benefits are cumulative and grow in their expression. I pray the method is as beneficial for you as it was for me!!
Wim Hof Breathing Method. Start by laying down and then take 30 breaths all the way in, breath in as deeply as possible, diaphragm then chest. Imagine you’re breathing in life and you are a balloon that wants to be filled to the max. On the exhale, just exhale till your lungs feel neutral, not all the way out. On the 30th breath, exhale to neutral and hold it as long as possible. When you feel the urge to breath, take a deep breath all the way in and hold it. Hold this breath for at least 15 seconds (longer if it feels good) and compress it with the muscles you use to poop. Not too hard, 25-30% power. Upon exhaling, start the 30 again. Do this 3 times.
Daily practice is best.
