Technically the basement is a shared space with washer, dryer, and storage but the living room is upstairs so we don’t spend a lot of time down there and the basement would mostly be yours. There is a ton of storage and space downstairs to make your own. All the furniture in the pictured basement room will be gone by the time somebody moves in. There is a sink downstairs, but only one bathroom. There is central heating but no AC, however the basement stays relatively cool, especially during heatwaves. Street parking is always available.

There’s lots within walking distance including two food cart hubs, bars, coffee shops, and even more if you have a bike.

Pets are welcome but there are already three cats here that live upstairs. However the basement setting makes it easy to keep animals in their separate stories if necessary.

About us: We are a queer women and a non binary person, both in our mid-twenties looking for a female, non binary or queer roommate to join the household. Ideally we would like create a household where we are all want to hang out together, but that’s obviously not required. Please no couples. We typically keep normal hours between 9-5, usually in bed by 11 (ish) but the previous tenant worked graveyard so we are flexible and respectful of your schedule.

Rent is $400 and utilities are about $50 per month. The lease is month to month but we are looking for at least a 4-5 month commitment.
