OMNI holds General Contraction License and Engineering Authorization in Alabama and General Contractor in Louisiana.

Typical work done by OMNI includes:

Concrete – Related Earth Work, forms fabrication and placement, rebar fabrication and placement, concrete placement.
Structural Steel – Fabrication and Erection

Piping – Industrial Process and Utilities – Various Materials of Construction – Primarily Carbon and Stainless Steel welded pipe using TIG, SMAG (Stick), GMAW, and Flux-Core, processes to ANSI B31.3 Code using certified procedures by certified welders.

Mechanical – Process and utility equipment handling, repair and modification, rigging and setting, alignment and anchoring.

Equipment – Construction Equipment of all types are used by experienced and trained personnel. Training for new employees will be completed as needed.

General Construction – including metal building erection, fabrication and erection of custom buildings, carpentry work for interior finishing of buildings (metal studs, sheet rock, bar joists, decking, etc.)
OMNI is hiring for projects in Alabama and Louisiana schedule to run through mid-year 2023.

Now hiring to fill immediate needs:

Piping Fitters/Welders – Helper to Journeyman, pipe fabrication at OMNI shop, all aspects of pipe preparation, fitting and welding.

Iron Workers/Welders –Helper to Journeyman for Steel fabrication per detailed fabrication drawings, welded to AWS D1.1 by certified welders.

Carpenters – Helper to Foreman for concrete work associated with Equipment Foundations, Building Foundations and Grade Slabs, Area Paving, Truck loading/unloading sheds, etc.

Metal Buildings – Erection and Buildout.

Pay commensurate with experience, equal opportunity employer. Overtime expected and per diem for out of state work. New hires will pass drug test and undergo safety training and certification. Omni will support employee developing needed skills and pay for testing.
