Each home features central heat and air conditioning, a kitchen equipped with oven/range, and refrigerator, a living room, bedroom, and a full bathroom with shower/tub combo and grab bars, and is finished with carpet, vinyl, and window treatments throughout. At Washington Heights, we offer a carefree living environment, with utilities, electricity, water, and trash paid by management, combined with great in-building amenities including a community room, an onsite laundromat, an elevator to all floors, trash chutes, and indoor mailboxes. Our professional management staff is onsite Monday thru Friday, including a service coordinator to help our residents find benefits and services that they might be eligible for, and finally, we have onsite maintenance staff, who are available for emergencies 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
