Must show proof of income
Be able to pass a criminal background check
Be neat and clean

The home has been renovated over the past 5 years and is beautiful and comfortable. We are 16 minutes from Searcy limits and about the same from Heber Springs. I have 3 bedrooms, formal entry, large living room, a formal dining room, laundry room and huge kitchen, 2 1/2 bath. The room is furnished with beautiful armoire, bed, dresser, night table, bookshelf, chair. It has its own separate heating cooling system.
We are located in a safe and peaceful community. Rural atmosphere, but with most city conveniences.
Post office, 4 restaurants, walk-in medical clinic, pharmacy, 4 churches, super market, mini mart, 2 gas stations, library, senior center, all within walking distance on safe streets. We are 2 minutes from the community storm shelter. And if you like to fish, there are 2 boat ramps and foot paths by the little red, less than a mile away. I am planning to do a little traveling so you may have the house to yourself a lot.
Rent for 1 person is $475 a month, plus share utilities.
