?? Unlike other cleaning services we have a Niche because we don’t charge each individual person an hourly wage.

?? Our guaranteed flat rate amount is:
?$95.00 hr. which consists of 3PRO’s cleaning every inch of your home for only $95.00 hr.! ?

• Not $95.00 hr. each person, but $95hr for all 3people! This not only speeds up the amount of time that we are in your home cleaning, it also is significantly cheaper for you.

My Crew Consists of:??

? Professional window cleaning specialist: who has serviced houses, apartments, and commercial buildings all throughout Chico for over 8 years.

?Professional house cleaners: who specializes in cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms with 5or more years of experience.

?As well as myself who is skilled in all of these assets!

??This flat rate of $110.00 hr. will never raise but can be lowered depending on each individual need!

*A minimum payment of $175.00 is required for our services if the job required is under 1.5hrs.*

?$75.00 hr. – Window cleaning only! (2-3 Pro’s)
(Cleans blinds, tracks, inside and outside windows)

?$80.00 hr.- full house deep clean

(Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, woodwork, ceiling fans, baseboards, and flooring)

?$110.00 hr.- Full house Deep clean+ Windows
(Windows, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, woodwork, ceiling fans, baseboards, and flooring)

??We are always willing to work with our client’s budget and will be happy to fit to the budget of all clients if needed! Please don’t hesitate to ask if payment is an issue!
