Home improvement sales? Not getting enough?

Since 2016 Better Energy Solutions has been marketing to a very specific demographic base of consumers that are payment buyers not affected by economy swings. In fact, I have more leads than I have sales reps and in need of two to three more home improvement salespersons. We sell Windows, Attic Insulation, Roofing, and Coolwall. We have four lenders for our clients Our stats are simple. We are running 10, pitching 7, selling 3, and installing 2 as the average. If you’re a superstar closer you will net one or two more. THE ECONOMY IS NOT AFFECTING OUR CLIENTS OR OUR CLOSE RATES. I send you your leads the night before and you only run Tuesday through Saturday. Payday is every Friday and I pay 50% up front and 50% when the project installs. I look for ways to pay you more instead of most companies that look for ways to pay you less. I book the lead time slots close together so you’re not leaving home early and getting home late everyday. I personally have ran thousands of leads over 34 years so you’re not dealing with company who has no idea what happens on a sales call. I took all the things I hated about the business and eliminated them. Here you will earn a very nice living and you can actually have a life and have the time to enjoy the fruits of your labor.
What I am looking for is a couple of sales professionals that I don’t have to micromanage. I am willing to train the right person without home improvement sales experience and will get you trained and making money quickly. If you’re already a seasoned pro I’ll take day or two to get you up to speed on our clients, products, and banks and get you running asap.
