Historical Photo Scanning, Digitizing, and Restoration

I am to scan, digitally restore and create copies of these photos so you can share and preserve them.
I am an amateur genealogist and digital artist located in the historical district of Wausau. I am very interested in helping people in my community restore and preserve family photos and documents. This includes high-resolution scanning and digitally restoration using a mixture of photoshop, and professional AI programs that I use in restoration. I am also able to accurately color faded or black-and-white photos. Services I offer:

– Digitally scan photos.
– Digitally remove stains or spots
– Digitally fixing tears and warps
– Digitally color and make the photos clearer.
– Physical SD/USB drives so you can have multiple digital backups.

Any photo’s I work on will not be uploaded online or stored on my devices unless asked. I am able to travel locally to scan the photos on location or people are welcome to drop them off at my residence. ANY physical copies dropped off will be returned exactly as they were in a timely manner.

1 to 50 photos: $5-$10
50+ photos: negotiable.

My prices are low since I consider this an essential service to a community, especially those of low income who may not have the time or resources to do this.
The only thing I ask is for time to scan and restore. Depending on the condition of the photo, it can take 3 to 30 minutes per photo. Some photos that require a lot of repairs can take a couple of hours. Any coloring adds at least 10 minutes per photo. So about 50 photos would take about 3 to 5 days. I am happy to let you know how much time I think it will take and if I run into anything that may take extra time.
