Hiring – Customer Support Specialist

In order to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across all platforms, we are looking to expand our team with a customer support professional who will make sure that outstanding customer assistance is provided promptly and consistently. We are seeking a team member with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively, as well as the ability to stay cool under pressure.

Here’s what you can expect:
-Obtain a thorough knowledge of our products/services in order to effectively answer questions and resolve issues.
-Respond in a timely manner to customer queries via email, chat, phone and social media.
-Field customer complaints, and determine the cause of identified problems.
-Identify and explain the best solution to resolve known problems, and expedite corrections or adjustments if applicable.
-Follow up with customers as needed to ensure that issues are fully resolved.
-Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
-Keep accurate records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints via Freshdesk.
-Use internal tools to record errors and mistakes when applicable.
-Communicate with managers for help in answering unique customer issues without a clear solution.
-Gather customer feedback and share trends with managers.

Are you a good candidate for this position?
Great candidates must possess:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Excellent communication, both written and oral.
-Ability to stay calm and unbiased while working with upset customers.
-Time management skills.
-Basic knowledge of computers.
-Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, and use a computer for an extended amount of time.
-Prior experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.

Availability:
This position operates Monday through Sunday (7 days), 40 hours total per week (weekend work may only require 1-2 hours/day). After initial in-person training, remote work may be available. Some weekend and holiday work is required.
