Hardwood floor finishing with negotiation

Hey! Thanks for reading! I am looking for someone who can help me with my hardwood floor issue. I have 4 dogs(you can get where this is going)…I had my hardwoods professionally done 11 years ago and over the years I believe the chemicals have stripped them. So, when your standing in the basement and you get a “golden shower” it’s not something good it’s a dog peeing on your head. We have an entire music studio in the basement so this is a huge problem. The second problem is I don’t have a ton of money to do this as I have 2 trees down in my yard from the storm that were uprooted and I had a flood in my basement a month ago. So, I am looking for someone who can work with me to get this done. I am a medical provider in the community and my husband is a musician and a disabled vet. Please if you can, get back to me. It’s a ranch home and I am looking for 2 bedrooms (one had carpet and never finished and the other room I finished myself and sanded it, stained it but it was 100 degrees and well I am no “Tim the toolman!” The other areas are 2 small hallways that were professionally sanded and done 11 years ago and the last room is the dinning room which is in the best shape of them all. I am willing to work with anyone in any way I can and offer as much marketing as possible as I work at a large hospital. I just need a favor at a slight discount not free or even close.
