Seniors across the country can purchase safety equipment from our company. We’re looking to expand our customer service team and are based in Lakeville, Massachusetts.
A Full-Time Office Administrator/Customer Service Representative is needed.
Responsibilities include:
? Answer phones effectively and courteously.
? Data entry.
? General office tasks.
? Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Skills:
? Associates degree or higher preferred or equivalent experience.
? 1-3 years Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills and is able to communicate professionally, both internally and externally.
? Must have experience with an accounting software.
? Excellent computer skills including knowledge of MS Office.
? Must be extremely reliable and trustworthy.
? Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
? Must be very well-organized and detail oriented.
? Ability to pass a Background Check.
