Modest rent of $500, below going rates; split electric bill (home pretty easy to heat and cool). Some storage space available onsite for roomie. Plan on doing some occasional house-share duties with housework and yard work. Centrally situated in northern Florida, not far from Gainesville, Palatka, or Ocala. Working on getting washer/dryer installed, but that requires a new gray water set up. In the meantime, one can hand-wash some laundry and hang it up to dry in between jaunts to the laundromat that’s 15 minutes away. Being able to fish, swim, and boat on the lake more than makes up for that. Both a vintage rowboat and a second kayak are available for use. Or enjoy a bonfire in the firepit by the waterfront.
COMPATIBILITY:
