FARM NEEDED (Our foster home grew to a rescue without land.)

So as we all know how the world works, the second the phrase “I foster animals” left our mouths as a whisper, the entire world found out where to drop off their unwanted animals.

16 years ago my husband got a job at a vet hospital (yeah minimum wage, paycheck to paycheck type living) and started bringing home animals people would abandon at the hospital with the intention of rehoming them to good families. We did so with the condition that we could come in and see them frequently, to bring them toys or snacks, basically stay around to make sure they’re ok.

But one day on a surprise visit we found one of our rehomed puppies was too thin for our liking, the owner said that it was their little daughter’s responsibility to feed him. We told them to please not use a living being to teach the kid responsibility that way, and to please bring the doggy’s weight back up. It was at that moment that we decided it was best we didn’t adopt them out. That’s when our foster home became a rescue!

Now the owner of the house we live in is selling it (we cannot afford it) so we ask if any of you might know of someone who would sell us a farm or a ranch at a rent to own or owner finance situation, as we’re going to be displaced and we are 30 beings in total.

We’re in Florida now, but my husband’s work is relocating him to the area east of Poconos soon.
As you can see we refuse to abandon our rescues, but we really do need your help to get this farm.
And once situated, our farm will welcome anyone who wants to come say hello to our furry babies.
Thank you in advance!
