EXPERIENCED TRUCKING COMPANY DISPATCHER

Gene Hull Trucking, Inc. is a family owned and operated company since 1986. We also own and operate CVC Shavings as our sales side of the business.

This is a full-time position in a professional office environment. You must be able to work with all standard office equipment such as; computers, phones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and must have strong filing skills.

Requirements:
1. Must have High School Diploma.
2. Valid Driver’s License.
3. Reliable transportation to and from work.
4. Strong Communication Skills.
5. Be able to work under pressure.
6. One year of dispatch experience.
7. Multilingual is a plus.
8. Must be organized.
9. Must have Great Attitude.

Responsibilities:
1. Receive and enter customer orders.
2. Make check-calls with drivers for location and confirm load information.
3. Be able to interact through text, phone and emails.
4. Make appointments with shipping and receiving.
5. Communicate with the our Maintenance department on a daily basis.
6. Basic knowledge and understanding of a Semi-truck.
7. Basic proficiency of all programs associated with Microsoft Office.
8. Carry the dispatch phone at all times when trucks are on the road.
9. In the office Monday-Friday 7am-5pm or until dispatch is sent out.
