? BMI (body mass index) less than 32%
? US Citizen / Permanent Resident
? Have at least one child of your own
? No significant complications during pregnancy and delivery
? Living a healthy lifestyle (no drugs or smoking)
? Legal resident of Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, or Ohio
? You and partner must be able to pass criminal background check and have no felonies
? No significant mental health problems that require medication in the last 6 months.
?Financially stable — not on government assistance.
