Dream Opportunity – Assistant Distiller In Growing Spirits Company

High Mark Distillery is hiring an Assistant Distiller to join our amazing team!
Compensation: Starting at $20/hr – $25/hr based on experience/resume
Schedule: Full Time

Role Description:

As an Assistant Distiller, you will be responsible for supporting the Distiller in the production of our high-quality spirits. This includes, but is not limited to, monitoring fermentation, distillation, and aging processes, as well as assisting with recipe development and quality control.

Role Responsibilities:

-Supporting the Distiller in the production of spirits
-Monitoring fermentation, distillation, and aging processes
-Assisting with recipe development and quality control
-Maintaining a clean and safe distillery environment
-Assisting with bottling and packaging
-Communicating with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products
-Any other duties as assigned

Qualities Required:

-Passion for craft spirits and the distillation process
-Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
-Must be 21 or older
