Pet Policy
Dogs and Cats Allowed: We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $300 Non-Refundable pet fee for 1st pet and $150 for 2nd pet. Monthly pet rent is $15 per pet. No breed or weight restrictions.

Income Requirements:
Gross income needs to be 3 times the monthly rental amount.
