Direct Care Staff/Caregiver

Looking to hire Direct Care Staff/Caregiver for a Group Home in Spring Hill.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8 AM to 4 PM and 10 AM to 6 PM

Qualifications:
Pass Level 2 Background Check
Eligible to work in the US
High School Diploma or GED
Have a Valid Driver License and a good driving record.
Experience: 1 year of caregiving, daycare or nursing experience required

Responsibilities-The job includes but is not limited to:

Providing direct care services to adults with disabilities by supervising, monitoring, guiding and provide life skill training in the group home environment.

Take residents out into the community.

Responsibilities include cooking, cleaning, transporting residents to/from appointments, assisting client with administration of medication, documentation, guiding residents in the day-to-day activities.

Follows all policies and procedures as outlined by APD and the group home.

Participate in client plan of care.

Ensures confidentiality of client records and information.

Documents all client related activities in a timely manner.
