Desktop Support Technician

Apex Systems is looking to identify a Desktop Support Technician to support a client out of Dodge City, Kansas! This is a very urgent need, and the client is looking to interview/hire as soon as possible.

Location: On-site 5 days per week in Dodge City, Kansas
Duration: 3 month contract
Pay range: $23-25/hr. W2

An ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
– Exposure to hands-on desktop support
– Windows based desktop hardware experience
– Mobile device management experience for iOS/MacOS is preferred

Typical responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
– PC/printer hardware, operating systems, software applications, and peripherals installation, administration, and support.
– Understand and address customer needs and expectations through effective communication and collaboration.
– Work independently and show initiative in resolving support issues and requests, and escalates complex issues to engineering team to ensure timely resolution.
– Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as requested.
