I have a DRY CABIN available for rent that is a studio style cabin, 20′ x 16′, with a composting toilet inside. One big open room with a separate room for the composting toilet. The composting toilet is a Separate Villa.

The cabin is energy efficient: LED lights inside and outside; spray foam in the walls and ceiling; it is heated via Toyo and uses five gallons of fuel a week in the winter.

There are plenty of interior outlets including three with USB-C builtin, and an exterior outlet for a vehicle. There is a full size oven, microwave, and refrigerator.

The driveway is plowed during the winter regularly at no cost to the tenant.

Tenant is responsible for utilities: heat and electricity; GCI can provide cable and/or broadband internet at a cost to the tenant.

Pets on approval; $25 extra per pet, per month.

Six month lease. Rent is $875 a month and the deposit is $700.
