Customer Service on the Beach – Bilingual Spanish

We are an online training company that provides online training classes to a variety of professionals, including insurance agents, tax preparers and immigration services professionals.

We are seeking a great Bilingual Spanish Customer Service and Tech Support representative that will hold a number of duties and responsibilities.

Office is headquartered on the Esplanade in South Redondo Beach.

Please be:
-An excellent communicator with awesome operations and customer service skills
-Great telephone skills
-Great typing and data entry skills with speed and accuracy
-Great english and spanish speaking – both oral and written form
-Friendly with an outgoing personality
-Drama free
-Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
-Dependable, punctual and trustworthy
-A fast learner and great multi-tasker
-Experience with UPS Online Shipping System is a plus
-Great computer, software skills and social media skills including email, internet websites, Facebook, Microsoft Word, Excel, WhatsApp, etc…
-Excellent follow up and follow thru skills
– Personal initiative, good researcher on Google search or YouTube and problem solver
