2 local landlords who have been student friendly landlords for over 20 years have many apartments available for June 1. All of them are either on Myrtle Ave, Park Ave, or Washington Ave, and all of them are very close to the College of Saint Rose.

We have 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7-bedroom apartments available starting June 1st near the College of St. Rose. The rents are in the mid $400s to low $500s per tenant for a 2-BR or larger apartment, and in the $900s for a 1-bedroom apartment. Utilities are not included. All of our apartments are within walking distance to the College of St. Rose. Most have laundry service in the building at no additional charge. We are student friendly landlords from the neighborhood who has been renting quality apartments for over 2 decades.
