Child Enrichment Support Needed outdoors on a farm

Need energetic creative lead teachers and volunteers to facilitate meaningful learning at our outdoor educational events on a private farm!
When?
(FILLED) Wednesday’s 3.5-5yo for a farm adventure (along with arts, crafts, games, animals and traditional stories and poetry)
AND/or
Monday’s and Friday’s Farmhouse Passport for 5.5 to 12.5yo children (TWO OPENINGS LEFT for now and new school year, beginning in Sept 2023 – May 2024)

Are you available these specified times?
Can you get here dependably each week with reliable transportation?
Do you live within close proximity considering gas and traffic?
Are you okay with our health protocols?
Can you ‘age adjust’ from the younger to the older?
Can you ’empower’ rather than ‘enable’?

‘Credentialed’ not as important as a heart full of love and flexibility to create a ‘failure’ safe environment in your small group. Tell us, what’s your super power?! Do you have experience with children? With animals? Can you come up with winsome ways to get across content or a new skill? What do you love and have joy in teaching or creating? Animals? Anything ‘body in motion’ like gymnastics, dance, workouts, jump-roping, line walking? Art: sculpting, crafts, techniques, weaving, mixed media? Plants? Garden? Bugs? Survival skills? Life Skills: stitching, rope tying, gift wrapping, folding clothes, culinary (fermenting, using oils, bread baking), addressing envelopes with sealing wax? Storytelling: puppetry, animation, acting?
You get the idea. Life! Wholistic Life.

We are now in our eighth year without ‘marketing’ except for the referrals from our beloved families year after year. We are super grateful. We serve conscientious families who are designing their own children’s education: ‘She looks well to the ways of her household, and does not eat the bread of idleness…the teaching of kindness is on her tongue!’ We need to add to our already wonderful team…is this you? Send an intro email, resume can work, but we don’t need fancy…we are looking for heart and character and a bit of experience with an uncomplaining spirit and loads of ‘can do’ problem solving. Thanks in advance for your consideration.
