2 Years CDL A Driving Experience REQUIRED

$0.51 CPM Base Pay – Monthly Bonuses, Extra Pay, Fuel Incentives

100% Drop and Hook Out of AR – Routes East of I-35

Up to 3,000 Miles Average Per Week 

About the Position:

Terminals in Little Rock and Prescott, AR – Routes Mainly East of I-35
1 Week Out
2,500-3,000 Average Miles Per Week

Pay Structure:

$0.51 CPM Base Pay
$1,200 – $1,500 Per Week
$0.01 CPM Increase After 1 Year
Bonus Gifts for Every Year Up to 10 Years
Layover Pay – $75 First Night, $150 2nd+ Nights
Detention Pay – 0.67% Collected From Shipper
Local Deliveries (Non-Linehaul) – $50-$75

Monthly Bonuses:

10,500 Miles – Half Day PTO ($125)
12,000 Miles – Half Day PTO ($125) 
Fuel:
7.2 MPG = $0.01 CPM
7.5 MPG = Additional $0.005 CPM
Safety Bonus – $0.02 CPM
Clean DOT Inspection – $200
