Cashier / Customer Service Rep

Looking for motivated people to join our growing company. We are expanding our customer service department. Customer Service experience is a plus, but not required, as we do provide full training.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

Receive payments by cash, check, credit cards.

Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.

Employee(s) will be required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties requested by any person authorized to give instructions or assignments.

Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies.

Customer Service Requirements:

Bi-lingual: Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Customer Service candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Customer Service candidates must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Self-motivated and well-organized.

Work Location:
Three locations
We pay $15 for the day if we send you to either of our two south locations
Salary:
$17/hour
