Cafe Team Member – NO Nights – NO Weekends

Looking for enthusiastic front of house team member. Our Roots to Rise Cafe is open Monday thru Friday – 7 AM till 3 PM. No nights! No weekends! We offer total flexibility – create a schedule to balance your work/non work lifestyle including if you wish just a 4 day work week. The pay is great – in addition to your hourly pay our current staff is earning in excess of $3/hour in tips! Benefits include 10 paid personal days in your first year and health benefits.

Our Cafe offers fresh, healthy, delicious items including Acai Bowls, Smoothies, Toasts, Salads, Wraps, Sandwiches, Grain Bowls, Proteins and Snacks. We have 24 dine in seats and offer on line takeout and delivery. You will be front of house – taking orders, preparing menu items for dine in, take out and delivery. The job is fast paced, fun and very social.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of front of house experience preferably with healthy food items. Candidates must be fun, willing to learn, enjoy a fast paced environment and appreciate being part of a small start up.
