Client, or their angel investor MUST have a minimum of 1% liquidity for $10 million and over loans, and 2% liquidity for loans $2.5 million to $10 million. Sweat equity or money already in the deal does not count. The absolute minimum loan amount is $2.5 million. The 1% or 2% goes to the lender for loan down payment and all personal and project due diligence upon engagement. (Fully refundable should loan not fund). If you cannot meet the liquidity qualification please don’t waste our time or yours. Those are the lender’s terms and they will not deviate. Thank you.
