Local Cherryhill Construction company is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to work in the office and manage the following items:
A/P, A/R, Payroll, Financial reports, work with insurance agents for all renewals, COI, invoices, bank reconciliations, job analysis, ordering materials, setting up equipment rentals, keeping track of all equipment for off-rental, talk to Subs, invoices, Subs COI paperwork to be incompliance, working with vendors, keeping track of licenses, paying state license to keep active, working with tax accountant, preparing financial reports at month end, handling any other financial work needed. Maintaining files for all projects and keeping all documents organized and available when needed. Prepare annual insurance audits when needed.

Must be organized, efficient, conscientious, have excellent communication and written skills. Speaking English, be responsible to come to work every day (5) days a week. You must have your own transportation. Experience working with Quick-books, MS-Excel, and Word. A minimum (3) years working experience. Accounting degree is a plus. Prior experience working for a construction company is a plus. Speaking Spanish is a plus.

Hours are M – F (8:00am to 5:00 pm) with 1 hour lunch. Salary position, Paid Federal holidays, the company does not have an employee benefits plan. Salary is based on years of experience. We are also willing to hire a qualified person to work part time as well.
