What is the job?

The role of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative is to serve as a main point of contact for our customers, communicate with crews in the field, and help coordinate, schedule, and dispatch moves for our clients.

Here’s a quick glance at some of the things you’ll be doing:

Communicate with customers and team members in both English and Spanish
Handle customer service inquiries over the phone and through email
Generate estimates
Help maintain the calendar for booking and staffing moves
Coordinate damage claim resolutions
Participate in weekly team meetings—and free weekly lunches!
Help with recruiting, including maintaining job postings and handling interviews
Be willing to assist in office responsibilities as needed
