Hey there! We have a room opening up at our house in the amazing neighborhood.
3 total bedrooms in the house, so you are sharing with myself, mid 30s working in the Hospitality industry, and someone in their early 20s who is a student. Both of us are chill, artsy, respectful individuals mostly doing our own thing, occasionally having friends over, with the odd larger gathering every now and then. Looking for someone similar.

There is a restroom with shower and bathtub shared by all of us, as well as kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and toaster oven. There is also a small backyard as well as a basement with space to store a few extra things.
