Appointment Setter/Business Developer–Work from Home

We are seeking an experienced, motivated and tenacious individual with extensive business-to-consumer appointment setting experience. A background in setting appointments for in-home sales presentations such as mortgages, home improvements, alarm systems, solar power, insurance products, etc. is required.

Previous experience as a call center supervisor or agent is highly preferred. We require that you have a quiet, dedicated office space in your home with a computer, high speed internet, VOIP or landline phone system with a headset. Experience utilizing a CRM and Google Calendar is also preferred.

You will be contacting Federal Employees at their work and home locations to set Virtual and Face-to-Face appointments for our sales team throughout the USA. You will be marketing exciting financial services/retirement benefit products. There are a variety of full-time shifts available.

Compensation is a guarantee of $800 per week for the first 4 weeks or commission –– whichever is greater. After 4 weeks your compensation is commission-based. Commission is based upon the # of appointments that show for their consultation, plus a $450 per month health solution.

This is a 1099 position. Total compensation can be more than $75,000 per year for a talented, motivated individual. You will be paid weekly by direct deposit.
