Anyone wanna start an art collective?

Hey, recently I’ve been wondering if an art collective would be an effective way to turn my art practice into a business. With multiple folks sharing the cost of the space it could be very reasonable to get a large space. We could do shows, sell stuff, help each other with social media, promotion etc. Share some links if you have any interest.?

I’ve hosted parties before where one of the highlights was a mural that everyone worked on. Painting together really creates a vibe. We could have live music, art on the walls, merch for sale. Monthly parties or more depending upon how it goes.

I’m a painter and a musician, I have some carpentry skills and an overall silly, inquisitive, buoyant personality. I love live music, sharing creativity through projects. I am working to make my art profitable in 2023 and create a beautiful space to create in.

Ideally folks for the collective would have
a high EQ and have done some inner work so we are all able to clearly communicate and make a welcoming space for everyone.
