We have a beautiful 3 bedroom house coming available on March 1st. We are looking for a family or people who love nature and want to live in a beautiful and peaceful sanctuary.
Our house has shared use of the Kitchen, Living Room, Laundry, Decks, Greenhouse, kayaks and the Nature Trails.

Our community is located about 17 miles south of Aptos and 2 miles inland from Moss Landing on the dazzling waters of the Elkhorn Slough. We listen to and see below us on the estuary, the play of 100s of pelicans, egrets, geese, herons and all kinds of abundant and amazingly innocent wildlife.

The whole house is $3500/month or we are also offering the rooms separately. Each of the rooms are $1250/month plus utilities which include PG&E, water, garbage, Starlink Wi-Fi, garbage and water.

We also have an opportunity for partial work/trade or income earning for a person interested in holistic healthcare and yoga. We are looking for a positive upbeat person who could be a personal assistant and help with a personal organization as well as help setting up a a holistic self-care-healthcare office with its needs for organization, patient care and management.
