100% SALES COMMISSION – Make $3,500/week + BONUSES

MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE:
For example: selling cars, windows, roofing, mortgages, siding, residential security, gutters, flooring, landscaping, insurance, frozen foods door to door, vacuums and cutlery door to door, and hundreds of other commission based jobs that we are looking for.

Retail and fast food sales do not count.

The good news is you will NOT be:
Cold Calling
Telemarketing
Knocking Door to Door
Or coming up with your own leads

We sell above ground swimming pools and this will be your job to close the sale with an in home appointment made by the customer.

All of our leads are Warm/HOT leads. We spend millions of dollars on TV Commercials and Internet ads and customers Contact US FOR AN APPOINTMENT!

Our lead generation department works hard to provide at least 2-3 credit pre-approved (yes the customer has already been approved for credit to make the sale) appointments everyday and if you’re an average closer (which is ok), you’ll close at least 40-50% of every appointment you run! That’s 4-6 sales per week times the average commission of $600-$700 PER SALE plus Bonuses, that’s at least $2,500-$3,500 Per Week!!!

2 things you won’t do… go see customers who can’t buy a pool and go see customers who aren’t home.

You are allowed to call the customer before the appointment to confirm they are still available and ready.

-Once again, all of our customers are Pre-Approved for a loan.
-You will receive a $25 base pay for each completed appointment with a customer whether you sell a pool or not
-Average 2-3 appointments per day, 6 days a week
-Average 4-6 sales per week
-Earn average of $600-700 per sale
-Earn average of $2,500-$3,500 per week
-EARN BONUS: $100 for every financed pool or earn $150 for every pool sold that’s paid in cash, paid on one Big Check at the end of the season in August.
-the selling season begins now in February and ends August 15th.
-NEW SALES BONUS: Sales Reps who return for the following season will be paid an additional 50% of their previous season ending bonus… (Example: year end bonus was $20,000, the following season they will be paid an additional $10,000)

This position begins immediately, so you must be willing to start next Wednesday or Sunday to be considered for this position and if you’re ok with that, I’d like you to respond to this ad through email today!

There is a 2 1/2 day training program you must attend before starting. If you live more than 50 miles away from the hotel conference training program we will pay for your hotel and stay which includes a free breakfast. But you must get yourself to the training program and buy your own lunch and dinner.

At the training you will need a smart phone, valid drivers license, proof of auto insurance, and a social security card to be hired and attend the training program. Once the training is over you will begin receiving 2-3 appointments per day. The season just started so appointments are being made now and you may start out slow, but trust me it will pick up very fast with up to 4 appointments per day 6-7 days a week, if you’re money motivated!
