1 Bed 1 Bath Apartment takeover (or sublease May1st~July31th)

I am looking for someone who would like to take over (or sublease) a 1 Bed 1 Bath furnished Apartment Lease. The apartment is called The Press (217 N 6th Street) and the monthly rent is $890. It is located in downtown Lafayette and has a size of 590 sqft. It has a washing machine and dryer inside. It is big enough for one person to live in and also for two people to live in comfortably. The way to go to school is by walking to the bus stop within 3 minutes and take bus 4B, 23, and it will take around 10 minutes to arrive. I haven’t had any problems while living here for almost a year and there are no bugs.

I will be moving to another location by the end of April, so I am looking for someone to move in early May. If needed, I will provide all necessary furniture and appliances such as a mattress purchased for $310 and a futon purchased for $200. The total cost of these items is around $1500 and were purchased within the last year.

This apartment is suitable for someone who wants to live alone at a low cost. Especially since all furniture and appliances are provided, so you do not have to worry about moving them in the future. The location is also very close to the bus stop so you will not have any inconvenience.
