Lost border collie mix female dog
Missing dog, 1/31/23 Rosie is a medium sized black and white border collie mix. She is wearing a bark collar. She has a microchip but it is registered to an old phone in Idaho. We aren’t sure how she got out, sometime between 4-6pm, 11th st and 2nd Ave west.
